B. Does Gopher produce large print runs?
Yes, Gopher publishes runs from a single print to endless prints.
C. Wherein lies the difference between digital print and offset?
Both systems have their specific advantages, but also their disadvantages. This FAQ-list is unfortunately unsuitable to discuss this in-depth. Nonetheless, Gopher, through years of experience, has the expertise to indicate which product is suitable for digital printing and which for offset. D. Can Gopher design books and publications such as annual reports?
Yes, Gopher employs creative and expert designers and artists who work in our own studio.
E. How are shipping costs calculated?
By weight and country of destination. The Netherlands has one of the lowest postal rates.
F. Can Gopher design a web store?
Yes, we primarily design them for publishing products made on-demand. A good example is the web store we built for Telegraafnet (see www.telegraafnet.nl). We do not build web stores for the sale of, for instance, cars or computers.
G. Can Gopher breathe new life in a previously published book?
Yes, that is certainly possible if the owner possesses the rights. You can contact the publishing team for more information. (see Contact).
H. What happens when I place an international order?
Your order will be sent to the address you have provided. Payment commences exclusively by credit card. Payment by invoice is only possible in the Netherlands.
I. Can we place an integral publication, made by Gopher, on our website?
Yes, if that is desired.
J. How does Gopher take care of payment?
Customers who order something on our website are offered two choices:
- delivery in the Netherlands: payment by invoice or credit card
- delivery outside the Netherlands: payment only by credit card
Gopher has an agreement with Bibit for credit card and other e-payment. Bibit supports most online-payments and credit cards.
It is also possible that the products are paid for by the supplier. In this case, Gopher will register the number of produced and shipped products and will charge the supplier once and on a prearranged date.
