Description
The Corporate Genes is a book about the essence of organizations: the values that are incorporated in the very DNA of the organization.
The value system is described along the lines of the metaphor, and hence the link is made towards a quality management system. Although there are plenty of good books on the subject of quality systems, the actual choice for a quality management system is often not based on the corporate value system, but should be. The author puts emphasis on a good match between corporate value system and quality management system, and describes, as an example, the european quality system called EFQM.
The Corporate Genes is part of a series of four books, which all take the human anatomy as a metaphor to describe complex corporate processes.
