Immediately after the Second World War, Ferdinand Holzhaus became a peace activist and was co-founder of the World Federalist Movement in the Netherlands. He was involved in the foundation of the. World Federalist Movement in Montreux and Luxembourg, by helping to organise meetings in large venues.
Together with Jan Sanders, he published ``het Zwarte Boek`` the black book about the war. In conjunction with Martin Toonder Studio`s he produced the film THE NEXT CHAPTER, which highlighted the need to establish a supranational organisation to prevent war. Jan sanders, famous artist and cartoonist, freely gave his time and anti-war drawings to promote peace. Satire and humour, a laugh and a tear are the strengths of his work.
Ferdinand Holzhaus passed away 1999 at the age of 77. He had completed this work, but unfortunately did not live to see it published.

Ferdinand Holzhaus se convirti� reci�n terminada la segunda guerra mundial en un activista de la paz y fue cofundador del movimiento Federalista Mundial en los Pa�ses Bajos. Internacionalmente particip� en la formaci�n del movimiento Federalista Mundial en Montreux y Luxemburgo.
Junto con Jan Sanders public� el ``Libro Negro`` acerca de la guerra. En los estudios Martin Toonder produjo la pel�cula ``El Nuevo Cap�tulo``, en esta se pone de manifiesto la necesidad de una organizaci�n supranacional para prevenir la guerra. Jan Sanders es un dibujante y cartonista conocido mundialmente. Ha hecho muchos de sus dibujos contra la guerra, libremente disponibles para ayudar a promover la paz. Humor y s�tira, una sonrisa y una l�grima son la fuerza de sus dibujos.
