Paul Wilkinson was born in Devon, England in 1958.
In his youth he was an avid reader of the beano and dandy comics which is where he devoped his life long interest in cartooning. In his daily life he works in the computer industry. In his spare time he writes books and draws cartoons for corporate brochures and training.
